Dental website templates are a starting point we rebuild around your practice, not the finished product

Dental website templates answer the question of where to start: a proven page structure for a dental practice, built from patterns that work across the treatments, insurance questions and booking flow every practice needs, rather than a blank page. What makes it work is what happens next, rebuilding the template around your specific treatments, team, photography and systems before anything goes live.

What it costs

Detail 01

A template is a structure, not a finished site

Starting from a template means the page architecture, home, treatments, insurance, locations, booking, is already proven rather than invented from scratch, which is where most of the launch time in a custom build actually goes. It does not mean your site looks like everyone else's; the structure is a skeleton that gets rebuilt with your own content, photography and colors before launch.

Detail 02

Every template is rebuilt around your practice type

A general practice template and a pediatric practice template share the same underlying structure but not the same content priorities: a pediatric site foregrounds parent-facing first-visit information, while a general practice site foregrounds the breadth of routine treatments. During onboarding we adapt the template to your practice type rather than launching a one-size-fits-all version.

Detail 03

Templates keep the build fast without making it generic

Because the structural decisions are already settled, the build focuses on the parts that make the site actually yours: your treatment list, your team, your photography and your booking software. That is how a single-location practice can be live in 7 days rather than the months a fully bespoke build from a blank page would typically take.

Detail 04

The first designs are still landing

A visible gallery of finished template designs for this niche is not published yet. Until it is, the fastest way to see what your site would actually look like is a live demo, where we walk through a build for your specific practice type on your screen, in your colors, with your own treatments, so you are looking at your site rather than a generic sample.

The build

Howitworks

Four steps, and the only one you pay for before launch is the first month.

  1. Pay the first monthly invoice

That is the whole commitment. No deposit, no build fee up front, no contract beyond the month.

  2. Fill in the onboarding form, then one call

The onboarding form takes about 15 minutes; anything missing can follow later by email or as a portal ticket. Then about an hour on a call to fill any gaps: treatments, insurance carriers, team, locations and how your front desk wants requests to arrive.

  3. We build, you approve

Pages arrive on a preview link as they are ready. You comment, we change, and the booking request is connected to your PMS or CRM and tested with a real submission.

  4. Live, then the build fee

The site goes live on your domain. Only when you confirm you are happy do we invoice the $797 one-time build fee. Weekly updates start the same week, requested from your client portal.

Speed and ads

Afastersitemakeseveryaddollarwork harder

If the practice runs Google Ads or social ads, the landing page is half the result. A slow or confusing page wastes the click you paid for. A fast, specific page helps keep it, and can help lower what you pay for the next one.

We do not promise a specific cost-per-click, percentage or ranking. We build the page the ad lands on to be fast, relevant and easy to act on.

  • Built to open fast on a phone

Static pages, compressed photos and almost no JavaScript, served from Cloudflare. Every page targets 90+ on Google PageSpeed and is re-tested after each change.

  • Easy to use with one thumb

Large tap targets, the booking request always one tap away, and the answer to the heading in its first sentence.

  • Better landing pages can lower what a click costs

Google lists landing-page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score, and says higher-quality ads can often lead to a lower cost per click. A fast, relevant treatment page helps on both counts.

  • More of your paid clicks stay

When a page loads before the visitor gives up, fewer people bounce back to the search results, so more of the clicks you already paid for reach the booking request.

Client words

Whatpracticessayabout this work

  • The time we spent on the new patient appointments wording was time well spent. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. We no longer open every call by correcting the website.
Andre MontgomeryReception supervisor, Family dentistry practiceReno, NevadaService scope and expectations for new patient appointments
  • I judge a project by what happens after launch, and the new patient appointments handover passed. It explains the routine tasks step by step, without assuming any project history. It has already earned its keep during one absence and one staff change.

  • Honestly, the redesign was nice, but the inquiry form is what changed our day-to-day. The form gathers visit reason, preferred day and callback details at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

Questions about dental website templates

Will our site look like a generic template?

No. The template supplies the underlying page structure only. Photography, copy, colors and the exact treatment list are all rebuilt around your practice during onboarding, so the finished site is specific to you even though the architecture started from a proven pattern.

Can I see the template designs before I sign up?

A public gallery of finished designs for this niche has not been published yet. The fastest way to see the standard is a live demo, a 30-minute walk-through of a build for your own practice type, before you decide anything.

Can we ask for a completely different layout than the template?

Yes. The template is a fast starting point, not a constraint. A restructured section or a different layout for a specific page is a normal revision request once you are live, or can be discussed at the onboarding call before the build starts.

Do templates cost less than a fully custom build?

Every plan runs on the same fixed monthly fee and one-time build fee regardless of how much a page departs from the starting template, so there is no separate template pricing tier to choose between.

Will our site look like other practices on a template?

No. A template here is a starting structure, not a finished look. Your colors, photography, treatment set and copy change what a visitor sees, and the page structure is chosen for your practice type rather than dropped on every client.

Can we see designs before we commit?

The templates page shows the designs as they are published, and the demo call is a walk-through of the site your practice would get, on your screen, with your treatments in it. The build fee is invoiced only after launch and your approval, so you are never paying for a design you have not seen.

Can we change the design later?

Yes. Design changes are revisions like any other: five a month are included, with no size limit on what one revision covers, so reworking a section or swapping photography is a request rather than a new project.
