What practices say

Writtenbythefrontdesk,not by a marketer

Three of the outcomes practices describe once the site is live and the booking requests start arriving where the team works.

  • Honestly, the redesign was nice, but the inquiry form is what changed our day-to-day. The form gathers visit reason, preferred day and callback details at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.

  • My first check was simple: open the new patient appointments page on a phone and try to get in touch. Everything a visitor needs is up top, and the inquiry button stands out properly. Staff can now text a single link mid-call instead of narrating the menu.

  • They asked to see the questions customers genuinely ask us about new patient appointments, which I respected. Nothing went live until the person responsible for that subject had signed off the answer. Pointing people to the page has replaced hunting through old emails.

Findings

Whatusuallygoes wrongwithadentalpracticewebsite

Five problems we see on almost every practice site we replace, and what each one quietly costs the front desk.

Tuna, the GetDentalWebsite shark mascot, thinking hard in front of a giant phone that shows a jumbled, half-loaded practice website in an empty waiting room
  1. The site is slow on the phone, where patients search

What it costs: A patient with a toothache waits two seconds, gives up and calls the next practice on the list.

  2. One services page lists twelve treatments in a row

What it costs: Nothing ranks for "crown near me" or "emergency dentist", and nothing on the page answers the question the patient came with.

  3. The insurance page is a strip of carrier logos

What it costs: Every new-patient call starts with "do you take my plan?" instead of "when can I come in?", and the front desk spends the call explaining.

  4. Booking is a phone number and a form that emails an inbox

What it costs: Evening and weekend requests sit unread until Monday, and some are never found at all.

  5. Changing the hours means calling the agency

What it costs: Wrong hours in search, a hygienist who left still on the team page, and a new-patient offer that expired months ago.

The cost of waiting

Whatanother yearontheoldsitecosts

No invented figures here. These are the things that quietly leak while a practice website stays slow, thin and out of date.

  1. 01

Every month the site stays slow, paid and organic clicks leak

A patient who waits on a loading page on a phone goes back to the results and taps the next practice. You paid for that click, or you earned it, and it went elsewhere.

  2. 02

Every unanswered after-hours request is a patient who books somewhere else

A request that sits in an inbox until Monday is often a patient who already found an office that answered on Saturday.

  3. 03

Every treatment without its own page is a search you are not in

Implants, aligners, emergencies and sedation are searched for by name and by town. Without a page, the practice is not a candidate for that search at all.

  4. 04

    Every outdated detail costs trust

Wrong hours, a hygienist who left, an offer that expired: patients notice, and they wonder what else is out of date.

  5. 05

Every year of waiting makes the move bigger

The longer an old site runs, the more pages and links there are to map. Moving with redirects protects them, but it is simpler done sooner.

The chart

Everyfindinghasa treatment

Each problem on a dental practice website has a specific fix, and every fix is included on every plan.

Finding: The site is slow on the phone where patients search

Static pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed

We hand-build the site to ship almost no JavaScript, compress every photo and serve the whole thing from Cloudflare's edge. A treatment page is readable before the patient has finished lifting their thumb, and we re-test every page after every change so it stays that way.

How this works

What you get

Everythinginthepackage,andwhich plan carries it

Each feature in plain terms: what it does, the front-desk problem it solves, what you have to do, and the plans that include it.

The website

  • Cleanings, crowns, root canals, implants, aligners, whitening, emergencies and whatever else you offer, each on its own page with an FAQ block and the booking request.

    Solves
One services page lists twelve treatments and ranks for none of them.
    Your part
Send your treatment list and approve the drafts.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • A page per office with hours, parking, team and map, plus pages for the neighborhoods and nearby towns your patients come from. Multi-Location adds a location hub.

    Solves
"Dentist near me" shows the practice down the road because your site never names your area.
    Your part
Tell us your offices and the towns you draw from.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • The carriers you accept, how billing works at your office, and your financing or membership options, in plain words.

    Solves
Every new-patient call starts with "do you take my plan?"
    Your part
Send your carrier list and policies; your office manager reviews the wording.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • A short request form (reason for visit, carrier, preferred times) that is clearly a request your front desk confirms, with an automatic reply to the patient.

    Solves
Evening and weekend requests sit in an inbox until Monday.
    Your part
Nothing beyond telling us who should receive requests.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • Every request is pushed by API, Zapier or Make into your practice management system where it accepts external requests, and into your CRM in every case, with new patients tagged.

    Solves
Requests are retyped by hand, or lost between an inbox and the schedule.
    Your part
Give us access to the system that should receive them.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • Static pages served from Cloudflare, compressed photos and almost no JavaScript, re-tested after every change.

    Solves
A patient on a phone gives up on a slow page and calls someone else, and paid clicks are wasted.
    Your part
Nothing. We test and fix it.

    Your part
Request the change from your client portal.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • One place to request revisions, raise tickets and send files, with an optional named approver who signs off every change on a preview link.

Change requests scattered across emails, texts and sticky notes.
    Your part
Log requests there; approve if you want approval.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • Cloudflare hosting, a self-renewing SSL certificate, daily backups, uptime monitoring and security headers, all inside the monthly fee.

Found in search and AI answers

  • Clean page structure, one clear heading per page, unique titles and descriptions, internal links between treatments, locations and financing, and a sitemap.

    Solves
A site that looks fine but gives search engines nothing to rank.
    Your part
    Nothing.

Single Operatory: includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • Practice, location, hours, treatments and FAQs marked up as JSON-LD so search engines and AI assistants read them rather than guess.

    Your part
    Nothing.

AI Engine

  • Answers calls the front desk cannot pick up, handles questions about hours, treatments, insurance and financing, and turns the call into a booking request. Calls are summarised into a PDF: who called, what they wanted, what needs a person.

    Solves
After-hours, lunch and chairside calls go to voicemail and the patient calls the next office.
    Your part
Approve the scripts and hand-off rules before launch.

Single Operatory: not includedFull Practice: includedMulti-Location: included

  • A chat on every page that answers practice questions from your own content and collects a booking request with the same fields as the form.

    Your part
Approve the answers it is allowed to give.

The arcade

Abookingrequest,one step at a time

From the search to the review, the website carries the new patient through, and hands the front desk a confirmation instead of an interview.

  1. Search

Found for the treatment and the neighborhood

A page for every treatment and every location gives search engines something to rank when a patient types "implants near me" or "emergency dentist" with your town after it.

  2. Page

    Opens instantly, answers the question

The first sentence under every heading answers it: what the visit involves, whether you take their plan, what it usually costs and how to book.

  3. Booking

The request lands where the front desk works

Reason for visit, insurance carrier and preferred times arrive in your practice management system or CRM with a notification, so the call back is a confirmation.

  4. Reminder

    Confirmed without a phone call

The patient gets an immediate message saying what happens next. On the Full Practice and Multi-Location plans the AI Engine handles SMS replies and reminders.

  5. Visit

    Arrives knowing what to expect

First-visit pages, pre-visit instructions and a link to your intake forms are sent with the confirmation, so the appointment starts on time.

  6. Review

A happy patient is asked while it is fresh

A review request goes out after the visit, and on Multi-Location we keep every Google Business Profile current so the practice stays easy to find.

Included

Whatisincludedon every plan

The site, the booking tool, the domain, the hosting, the CRM connection and the people who run it. Nothing is an add-on.

The website, built for your practice type

Home, new patients, a page for every treatment you offer, a page per location and neighborhood, insurance and financing, team, gallery, contact and the booking request. Designed in your colors with your photography, on a structure built for your specialty.

Booking request form

Reason for visit, insurance carrier, preferred times. Pushed into your PMS or CRM and clearly labeled a request, not a confirmed appointment.

Your domain, free

A domain registered in your practice's name at no charge for as long as your plan is active, or your existing one pointed at the new site with DNS managed for you.

Cloudflare hosting, included

SSL, CDN, DDoS protection and unmetered bandwidth, with nothing itemized and no hosting invoice, ever.

CRM and PMS connection

Every request goes where your team works, by API, Zapier or Make, with new patients tagged separately.

Fully managed, every week

5 revisions a month with no size limit, done within 2 to 5 working days and requested from your client portal. Hours, team, offers and treatments changed by email or ticket.

Researched articles

2 a week on Single Operatory and Full Practice, 3 on Multi-Location, each 2,500 to 3,200 words, sourced, answer-first and written for patients deciding whether to book.

Speed

Fast on the phone in the school car line

  • Static pages, almost no JavaScriptThere is nothing to wait for. The page is HTML before the browser asks for anything else.
  • Served from Cloudflare's edgeThe site is delivered from the location nearest the patient, not from a shared server across the country.
  • Every photo compressed and sizedOffice, team and gallery images load in the right size for the screen that asked for them.
  • Re-tested after every changeCore Web Vitals checked on a throttled phone before launch and after each revision. 90+ PageSpeed is in the terms.

Ranking

Found for the treatment and the neighborhood

  • A page per treatment and per locationSearch engines rank pages, not practices. Each treatment and each neighborhood gets one worth ranking.
  • Structured data that names the practiceDentist, location, hours, treatments and FAQs are marked up so search engines read them, not guess them.
  • Answer-first copy and FAQ blocksThe first sentence under each heading answers it, which is what both patients and search results want.
  • Researched articles, 2 a week2,500 to 3,200 words each, on the questions patients search before booking, linking back to your treatment pages. We guarantee the site starts ranking locally within 3 to 5 months of launch.

Speed and ads

Afastersitemakeseveryaddollarwork harder

If the practice runs Google Ads or social ads, the landing page is half the result. A slow or confusing page wastes the click you paid for. A fast, specific page helps keep it, and can help lower what you pay for the next one.

We do not promise a specific cost-per-click, percentage or ranking. We build the page the ad lands on to be fast, relevant and easy to act on.

Infographic with Tuna, the GetDentalWebsite mascot: A fast page keeps the click. A patient taps your ad. 90+ PageSpeed page opens. Fewer bounce back to results. More clicks reach the request.
  • Built to open fast on a phone

Static pages, compressed photos and almost no JavaScript, served from Cloudflare. Every page targets 90+ on Google PageSpeed and is re-tested after each change.

  • Easy to use with one thumb

Large tap targets, the booking request always one tap away, and the answer to the heading in its first sentence.

  • Better landing pages can lower what a click costs

Google lists landing-page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score, and says higher-quality ads can often lead to a lower cost per click. A fast, relevant treatment page helps on both counts.

  • More of your paid clicks stay

When a page loads before the visitor gives up, fewer people bounce back to the search results, so more of the clicks you already paid for reach the booking request.

The build

Howitworks

Four steps, and the only one you pay for before launch is the first month.

Infographic with Tuna, the GetDentalWebsite mascot: From first invoice to launch. 1, pay the first month. 2, form, then one call. 3, build on a preview link. 4, live, then the build fee.
  1. Pay the first monthly invoice

That is the whole commitment. No deposit, no build fee up front, no contract beyond the month.

  2. Fill in the onboarding form, then one call

The onboarding form takes about 15 minutes; anything missing can follow later by email or as a portal ticket. Then about an hour on a call to fill any gaps: treatments, insurance carriers, team, locations and how your front desk wants requests to arrive.

  3. We build, you approve

Pages arrive on a preview link as they are ready. You comment, we change, and the booking request is connected to your PMS or CRM and tested with a real submission.

  4. Live, then the build fee

The site goes live on your domain. Only when you confirm you are happy do we invoice the $797 one-time build fee. Weekly updates start the same week, requested from your client portal.

After launch

Whatpracticestellusonce the site is live

In their own words: the coordinators, front desk leads and owners at practices whose sites we build and run.

  • The preparation page for new patient appointments works because it keeps its focus. It explains what the first conversation needs, and deliberately asks for nothing sensitive online. We include it in our first response as standard.
Herbert CrossleyPractice manager, Orthodontic and general dentistry clinic, Roanoke, VirginiaGot: Preparation guide and inquiry support for new patient appointments
  • The time we spent on the new patient appointments wording was time well spent. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. We no longer open every call by correcting the website.
Andre MontgomeryReception supervisor, Family dentistry practice, Reno, NevadaGot: Service scope and expectations for new patient appointments
  • The question 'who is answering this one?' used to hang over every new patient appointments inquiry. Every inquiry arrives with an owner, a status, and the context attached. Duplicate replies and orphaned messages have both quietly ended.
Vanessa ClaringtonOffice administrator, Pediatric and family dental practice, Newark, DelawareGot: Inquiry assignment and staff handover for new patient appointments
  • Our new patient appointments information finally sits beside the contact details that belong with it. Each service description carries its own local contact, and the form inherits it. The 'let me transfer you' routine has almost disappeared.
Derek BraxtonPractice administrator, Multi-surgery family dental practice, Lexington, KentuckyGot: Location information and contact routing for new patient appointments
  • The evening inquiry route for new patient appointments suits how we actually work. People leave the relevant details and see plainly when to expect a reply. Mornings start with a proper queue rather than voicemail archaeology.
Cecil DillinghamPractice owner, Suburban family dental clinic, Worcester, MassachusettsGot: After-hours inquiry capture for new patient appointments
  • The reporting for new patient appointments is something I can genuinely use. Submissions carry their originating page, so content and inquiries can finally be compared. Content decisions now start from evidence rather than impressions.
Frances ArcherTreatment coordinator, Private dental practice, Reno, NevadaGot: Basic inquiry source reporting for new patient appointments

Not a promise about patient numbers. A description of how the work changes once the website is doing the front desk's first conversation for it.

  • Mornings start with requests, not voicemails

Overnight and weekend booking requests are waiting in the PMS or CRM with the reason for visit, carrier and preferred times filled in.

  • The website is the most up-to-date thing in the office

Hours, team, carriers and offers change the same week they change in real life, because asking is one message in the portal.

  • Every treatment you want more of has a page working for it

Implant, aligner, cosmetic and emergency pages, each answering the questions the front desk used to answer on the phone.

  • There is a library of patient answers with your name on it

Months of researched articles (2 a week or more), each linking to the treatment page and the booking request.

  • Nobody at the practice has logged in to anything

No plugins, no hosting renewals, no speed tests. The site is checked and changed for you.

  • You know what the website costs

One monthly fee, revisions included, no hourly invoices, no surprise bills for hosting, SSL or bandwidth.

The money argument

Whatthemonthlyfeereplaces

Work out your own number: add up what you pay today for hosting, edits, writing and missed calls, then compare it with one fee that covers all of it.

  • A separate hosting bill, SSL renewal and plugin updates

Cloudflare hosting, SSL, backups and monitoring are inside the monthly fee.

  • Hourly invoices for every edit

5 revisions a month are included, then a flat $20 each, never hourly.

  • A writer for the blog you never had time to keep up

2 researched articles a week on the first two plans, 3 on Multi-Location, each 2,500 to 3,200 words.

  • A big up-front build invoice

The $797 build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you are happy with it.

  • Missed calls after hours (Full Practice and up)

The AI receptionist and messaging agents answer and collect booking requests when the front desk cannot. Usage is billed at cost, itemized.

  • Someone to post on social and manage your Google profiles (Multi-Location)

3 social posts and 2 reels a week, and every Google Business Profile kept current.

Risk reversal

Theguarantees,in plain terms

Everything here is in the terms and conditions, not just on this page.

  • Build fee after launch

You pay the first month to start. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after the site is live and approved. Cancel before the build starts and it is never charged.

  • 90+ PageSpeed in the terms

If a page we build and host falls below the target because of our work, we fix it at no charge.

  • No contract beyond the month

Cancel with 2 business days notice before your next invoice. No long-term lock-in.

  • Your domain and content stay yours

The domain is registered in your name. On cancellation you get a full export of your content within 14 days.

  • Launch dates in days, not months

  • Nothing published without your say, if you want it that way

Compliance

Thecompliancepagesthatcome with your website

Every site we build ships with the pages and safeguards a US practice website is expected to carry, written in plain language and linked from the footer.

  1. 01

    Privacy policy

Written for how your site actually collects contact details and booking requests, and who receives them.

  2. 02

    Terms of use

Plain terms for using the practice website, including that treatment content is general information.

  3. 03

Cookie policy with consent that really gates scripts

Analytics and marketing tags do not load until the visitor agrees, and the policy lists what the site sets.

  4. 04

Accessibility statement and a WCAG-minded build

Readable text, contrast and keyboard access built in, with a statement and a way to report problems. This helps you meet the ADA expectations; it is not a legal certification.

  5. 05

No health information in web forms

The booking request asks only for contact details, reason for visit in the patient's words, carrier and preferred times. No medical history or member IDs, which keeps sensitive data out of email and CRMs. We do not claim HIPAA certification; secure intake stays in your own intake tool.

  6. 06

    SMS consent wording

Where a form or chat offers texts, the opt-in carries clear consent wording written with the TCPA in mind, and texting runs on a registered A2P 10DLC number on the AI Engine plans.

  7. 07

"General information, not advice" on treatment pages

Every treatment page and article says it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and that only an examination can decide what is right.

These pages and safeguards are built to help your practice meet common US website expectations. They are not legal advice, and we do not guarantee compliance; your own attorney or compliance adviser should review them for your practice.

Where we work

Practices across the United States, in your time zone

We build and run websites for dental practices anywhere in United States, including Texas, Florida, California, New York, Illinois and Georgia. Everything happens by email, your client portal and one call, so it makes no difference whether your office is in Texas or New York. Your site names your own city and neighborhoods, because that is what patients search.

  • Texas
  • Florida
  • California
  • New York
  • Illinois
  • Georgia
  • Arizona
  • North Carolina
  • Ohio
  • Pennsylvania

Listed as examples of where practices we build for are based. We do not publish city pages on this site; your practice gets its own location pages instead.

What exactly do I get for the monthly fee?

A complete dental practice website, built for your practice type, with a page for every treatment, location pages, insurance and financing pages, the booking request form connected to your practice management system or CRM, 5 revisions a month, 2 researched articles a week, Cloudflare hosting, a domain and ongoing management. The Full Practice plan adds the AI Engine and the Multi-Location plan adds the Content Engine.

What do I actually pay, and when?

You pay the monthly fee for the plan you choose up front: $137 for Single Operatory, $297 plus AI usage for Full Practice, or $747 for Multi-Location. The $797 one-time build fee is invoiced only after your site is live and you have confirmed you are satisfied with it.

Are you a dental practice or a marketing agency?

Neither. GetDentalWebsite is a website design and management company that builds and runs websites for dental practices. We are not a dental practice, dentist or healthcare provider, we never give dental or medical advice, and the content on the sites we build is general information for patients, not a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

Can you connect the booking request to our practice management software?

Yes, where the software accepts external requests by API or through Zapier or Make, and to your CRM in every case. If your PMS is closed, the request lands in the CRM with a task for the coordinator and a notification to the front desk, and nothing is lost.

What counts as a revision, and what happens after five?

A revision is any change request you send, with no limit on how much goes into one. 5 are included every month. After that each additional revision is a flat $20, with no hourly billing anywhere. Every revision is completed within 2 to 5 working days.

Is there a contract or can we cancel any time?

There is no contract beyond the month. To cancel, email us at least 2 business days before your next invoice date, during business hours (9:00 to 17:00 Central, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). A message outside those hours counts from the start of the next business day, so a weekend email does not give 2 business days of notice for a Monday or Tuesday invoice. With valid notice no further invoice is raised; with late notice the next invoice is charged and cancellation takes effect at the end of that month. If you cancel before the build starts, the build fee is never charged.

Will a faster website lower our Google Ads costs?

It can help. Google lists landing page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score, and says higher quality ads can often lead to a lower cost per click (Google Ads Help, "About Quality Score" and "About Ad Rank", checked September 2026). A page that opens fast, matches the ad and makes the booking request obvious helps on both counts, and fewer people leave before the page loads. We do not promise a specific cost per click or percentage.

Which compliance pages come with our website?

A privacy policy, terms of use, a cookie policy with consent that actually stops analytics and marketing scripts until the visitor agrees, and an accessibility statement. Treatment pages and articles carry a clear line that they are general information and not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. These are written to help you meet common expectations for a US practice website; they are not legal advice, and your attorney should review them.

Do you build location pages for the towns we serve?

Yes. Each office gets its own page with hours, parking, team and map, and we add pages for the neighborhoods and nearby towns your patients come from. Each one is written for that place. We never publish the same page with the town name swapped, because search engines filter that out.

What happens to our current site and its search rankings?

We map every page on your current site to a page on the new one and set up redirects so nothing that ranks today points at a dead page. The new site launches with the same domain, faster pages, more treatment pages and correct structured data, which is the usual starting point for rankings to improve rather than fall.
