An implant website that answers the cost question before the call

An implant and restorative website converts when it explains single implants, full-arch options and dentures in plain language, gives financing its own clear page, and lets a patient who has been putting the decision off request a consultation without a phone call.

Findings

Whatusuallygoes wrongforimplantandrestorativepractices

Four problems we see on most implants and restorative websites we replace.

  • Implant searches are high-intent and high-value, and a slow, generic page sends them to the practice down the road.
  • Financing is buried in a sentence on the contact page, so the patients who most need it never find it.
  • Before-and-after galleries load slowly and without context, so they impress nobody on a phone.
  • Referring dentists have no page of their own and phone to ask how to send a patient.

Implant consultation request

The request form asks what the patient is looking to replace (one tooth, several, a full arch), whether they currently wear a denture, whether they want to discuss financing, their insurance carrier and preferred times. It is pushed to your practice management system or CRM tagged as a consultation, and a confirmation message explains that the treatment coordinator will call to confirm.

It is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your front desk confirms every one.

Client words

Whatimplantsandrestorativepracticesdescribe

  • They asked to see the questions customers genuinely ask us about new patient appointments, which I respected. Nothing went live until the person responsible for that subject had signed off the answer. Pointing people to the page has replaced hunting through old emails.

  • We knew the new patient appointments document was a problem; we had just never prioritized fixing it. I can send the exact section someone needs, and they can read it without downloading anything. The print-friendly version remains, but it is no longer the only option.

  • The old new patient appointments address sits in hundreds of our sent messages; breaking it was not an option. We reviewed the full redirect map before launch and checked the destinations ourselves. Launching no longer meant abandoning everyone holding an old link.

Where we work

Implants and restorative practices across United States

We build and run implants and restorative websites for practices anywhere in United States, including Texas, Florida, California, New York and Illinois. Everything runs by email, your client portal and one call. Your own site names your city and the neighborhoods your patients travel from, because that is what they search.

Questions from implant and restorative practices

Can the site publish implant fee ranges?

Only if you choose to. Many practices publish a "from" figure or a range with an explanation of what changes the cost, and others prefer to discuss it at the consultation. Either way the figure comes from you and can be changed as a weekly update.

How do you present before-and-after photos?

As a fast, compressed gallery with a short caption you approve, grouped by treatment, with the consent and disclaimer wording your practice requires. Photos are supplied by you; we never use stock images as patient results.

Do you build a referring-dentist page?

Yes. It explains how to refer, what information to send, how the patient is kept informed and how the report comes back, with a referral form or a link to your existing process.

Is the content about implants dental advice?

No. Pages describe the treatments in general terms as offered at your practice, are reviewed by you, and state that only an examination can determine what is appropriate. We are a website company and never give clinical advice.

Can the consultation request ask what the patient is missing?

Yes. It can ask whether they are missing one tooth, several or a full arch, whether another dentist has mentioned grafting, their carrier and preferred times, all in plain language rather than clinical terms.

How do you present implant costs and financing?

However you choose: a range, a starting figure, or no figure with a clear explanation of what drives the cost. The financing page explains your payment options, third-party financing and any membership plan, and is linked from every implant and full-arch page.

Do you write the clinical detail on implant and graft pages?

We write what the visit involves in general terms and your team reviews and approves it before publication, with a clear line that it is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Anything that amounts to clinical guidance stays yours.

Can we show cases we have completed?

Yes, where you have written patient consent for each image. We add galleries with your own consent wording, compress the photos so pages stay fast, and remove anything on request.
