Built for orthodontics
An orthodontic website works when it explains braces and clear aligners side by side, answers the cost and financing question clearly, and makes the free consultation request a one-thumb task for a parent or an adult on a phone.
Findings
Four problems we see on most orthodontics websites we replace.

The build
Each one its own page, written in your voice and reviewed by you, with the booking request at the end.
The consultation request asks whether the appointment is for a child, a teen or an adult, what the main concern is in the patient's own words, whether they are interested in braces, aligners or advice, their insurance carrier and preferred times. It lands in your practice management system or CRM tagged as a consultation, with a confirmation message that explains the front desk will call to confirm.
It is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your front desk confirms every one.
The plans
Every plan carries the pages and the booking request above. The build fee of $797 is invoiced only after launch.
What you get
Every plan includes the website, the booking request, hosting and the weekly changes. The AI Engine is added on the Full Practice plan and above.

Answers calls the front desk cannot pick up, handles questions about hours, treatments, insurance and financing, and turns the call into a booking request. Calls are summarised into a PDF: who called, what they wanted, what needs a person.

Client words
The preparation page for new patient appointments works because it keeps its focus. It explains what the first conversation needs, and deliberately asks for nothing sensitive online. We include it in our first response as standard.
Honestly, the redesign was nice, but the inquiry form is what changed our day-to-day. The form gathers visit reason, preferred day and callback details at the start, exactly the details our follow-up messages always requested. Most mornings I can prepare for the callback from the first message alone.
My first check was simple: open the new patient appointments page on a phone and try to get in touch. Everything a visitor needs is up top, and the inquiry button stands out properly. Staff can now text a single link mid-call instead of narrating the menu.
Case studies
Real projects, anonymized by practice type and region, with the practice's own words on what changed.
Live demo
A 30-minute walk-through of the pages above, with your treatments and the consultation request form wired the way your front desk wants it.
Yes. The pages describe what each option involves at your practice, who typically asks about each, and what the appointment schedule looks like, in general terms. The recommendation is made by your orthodontist at the consultation, never by the website.
Yes. The consultation page explains what happens at the visit, how long it takes, what to bring, and carries the request form. It is linked from every treatment page and from the header.
Yes, in whatever detail you choose to publish. The cost and payment plans page is written from your own policies. We never publish a fee or a plan term you have not given us.
On the Full Practice and Multi-Location plans, yes. The chat and SMS agent answers questions about your practice and turns the conversation into a consultation request with the same fields as the form. It does not discuss treatment.
Yes. The form asks who the treatment is for, the main concern in the patient's own words, whether they are interested in braces, aligners or advice, their carrier and preferred times, so the coordinator can plan the slot before calling back.
The cost page explains what drives the fee, what your payment plans cover, how insurance orthodontic benefits usually work and what happens at the consultation. Any figure appears only if you choose to publish it, and it comes from you.
Yes, and that is the point. We write both pages from how your orthodontists explain the options, as general information with a clear line that only an examination can decide what suits a patient, and you approve them before they go live.
Yes. Retainers, after-treatment care, emergencies with a bracket or wire and adult treatment all get their own pages, each with the consultation request at the end and links to the cost page.
A live walk-through, on your screen, of the site your practice would get, with the consultation request form wired the way your front desk wants it.
