Affordable dental website design means one predictable monthly fee, not a cheap one-time build

Affordable dental website design is not the same as the cheapest possible build. A low upfront price that leaves you paying separately for hosting, plugin licenses, security patches and every future change is usually more expensive over two years than a single monthly fee that includes all of it. Affordable here means predictable: one plan, one build fee after launch, nothing itemized afterward.

What it costs

  • Plans$137 a month
  • Build fee$797, after launch

Detail 01

The real cost of a cheap one-time build

A low-cost freelance or template build often looks affordable on the invoice and then adds up in hosting fees, plugin renewals, an emergency call when something breaks, and an hourly rate for every small change afterward. None of that appears in the original price. A managed monthly plan folds all of it into one predictable figure from the start.

Detail 02

What is actually included at this price point

The monthly fee covers the website itself, the booking request form, a free domain, Cloudflare hosting with SSL and backups, five revisions a month, and researched articles every week. Nothing on that list becomes a separate invoice later. The one additional cost is a one-time build fee, and it is only invoiced after your site is live and you have confirmed you are happy with it.

Detail 03

Affordable does not mean fewer treatment pages

Every plan, including the entry-level Single Operatory plan, gets a page for every treatment you offer, insurance and financing pages, and location pages, the same page types a larger group practice gets on a higher plan. The difference between plans is the AI Engine and Content Engine add-ons, not a reduced version of the core website.

Detail 04

No contract longer than a month

Because the pricing is monthly rather than a locked-in annual contract, you are not committing years of budget to see if the site works for your practice. You can cancel any month with the required notice, and if you cancel before the build starts, the one-time build fee is never charged at all.

The build

Howitworks

Four steps, and the only one you pay for before launch is the first month.

  1. Pay the first monthly invoice

That is the whole commitment. No deposit, no build fee up front, no contract beyond the month.

  2. Fill in the onboarding form, then one call

The onboarding form takes about 15 minutes; anything missing can follow later by email or as a portal ticket. Then about an hour on a call to fill any gaps: treatments, insurance carriers, team, locations and how your front desk wants requests to arrive.

  3. We build, you approve

Pages arrive on a preview link as they are ready. You comment, we change, and the booking request is connected to your PMS or CRM and tested with a real submission.

  4. Live, then the build fee

The site goes live on your domain. Only when you confirm you are happy do we invoice the $797 one-time build fee. Weekly updates start the same week, requested from your client portal.

Speed and ads

Afastersitemakeseveryaddollarwork harder

If the practice runs Google Ads or social ads, the landing page is half the result. A slow or confusing page wastes the click you paid for. A fast, specific page helps keep it, and can help lower what you pay for the next one.

We do not promise a specific cost-per-click, percentage or ranking. We build the page the ad lands on to be fast, relevant and easy to act on.

  • Built to open fast on a phone

Static pages, compressed photos and almost no JavaScript, served from Cloudflare. Every page targets 90+ on Google PageSpeed and is re-tested after each change.

  • Easy to use with one thumb

Large tap targets, the booking request always one tap away, and the answer to the heading in its first sentence.

  • Better landing pages can lower what a click costs

Google lists landing-page experience as one of the three parts of Quality Score, and says higher-quality ads can often lead to a lower cost per click. A fast, relevant treatment page helps on both counts.

  • More of your paid clicks stay

When a page loads before the visitor gives up, fewer people bounce back to the search results, so more of the clicks you already paid for reach the booking request.

Client words

Whatpracticessayabout this work

  • The time we spent on the new patient appointments wording was time well spent. It explains what an inquiry achieves and is honest about what still needs a proper discussion. We no longer open every call by correcting the website.
Andre MontgomeryReception supervisor, Family dentistry practiceReno, NevadaService scope and expectations for new patient appointments
  • The evening inquiry route for new patient appointments suits how we actually work. People leave the relevant details and see plainly when to expect a reply. Mornings start with a proper queue rather than voicemail archaeology.

  • Our old change process for new patient appointments content was informal to the point of folklore. Every change is recorded as old text, new text, approver, then published from that record. The site finally says what we approved, not someone's best guess at it.

Questions about affordable dental website design

Is affordable dental website design lower quality?

No. Every plan uses the same hand-built approach, the same 90+ PageSpeed guarantee and the same page structure. What changes between plans is whether the AI Engine or Content Engine is included, not the underlying build quality.

What is the actual monthly cost?

Current pricing for all three plans, Single Operatory, Full Practice and Multi-Location, is on the pricing page, along with the one-time build fee that is invoiced only after launch.

Are there any hidden fees on top of the monthly plan?

No. Domain and Cloudflare hosting are included in the monthly fee. The only additional charges are the one-time build fee after launch, revisions beyond the five included each month, and, on the Full Practice plan, AI usage billed at cost and itemized.

What if we cancel before the build even starts?

The one-time build fee is never charged if you cancel before the build begins. You would only have paid the monthly plan fee up to that point.

Can we switch plans later if our budget changes?

Yes. You can move between plans from your next billing date with no second build fee, in either direction.

Why is there a build fee at all if the plan is monthly?

The build is real work: writing a page for every treatment, your insurance and financing pages, location pages and the booking connection. The fee covers it, and it is invoiced only after the site is live and you have approved it, so you carry no risk before launch.

What is the cheapest way to start?

The Single Operatory plan, with the build fee after launch. It carries the full website, the booking request, hosting, a domain, five revisions a month and two researched articles a week. You can move up to the AI or Content Engine plans later without a second build fee.

Are there costs that are not on the pricing page?

Only AI usage on the plans that include the AI Engine: minutes, messages and carrier fees are billed at cost, itemized, with no markup. Hosting, SSL, backups, the domain, bandwidth and support are inside the monthly fee, and extra revisions beyond the included five are a flat fee you know in advance.
